The influence of employee orientation on employee performance in healthcare sector in Kisii County

The Kenyan government more especially the county governments have faced several human resource challenges in devolved services, including employee turnover and improper management of health workers. study sought to establish influence orientation on performance healthcare sectors Kisii County. adopted a survey research design with simple random sampling purposive techniques used identifying respondents for study. target population consisted 498 employees Sub-County hospitals sample involved 222 employees. Data analysis was done using SPSS version 25. data presented form graphs tables. results indicated that there is positive relationship between correlation (r =0.376) size N=200. Any change causes value (0.376) unit performance. statistically significant at Pvalue< (0.01).
